Public health: Frenchie's 1x1 experience respects the health and well-being of stylists and guests. Sanitation is of utmost importance and our practices follow the Alberta Government guidance.

Tipping: we are a non-tipping establishment.

Cancellation: We recognize that life can be unpredictable and schedules may shift. To ensure the best experience for all our clients and our styling team, we kindly request at least one business day’s notice for any cancellations.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please note that we reserve the right to charge a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s) for cancellations made on short notice or for no-shows. Thank you for your understanding.
