Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using our services. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the Agreement, then you may not access or use our services.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the Agreement and your access to or use of our services will be governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from or related to the Agreement or your use of our services will be handled in Canada’s provincial and federal courts.

Frenchie’s Hair reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time, at our discretion. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting on our website or by sending an email or other communication before the changes take effect. This notice will specify a reasonable period after which the new terms will apply.
If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using our services within the notice period or once the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services will indicate your acceptance of the new terms.
Shipping Policy
We use Canada Post for deliveries within Canada. We currently ship only within Canada.
In-stock orders are processed within 24-48 hours if placed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Mountain Time on Friday or on weekends will be processed the following Monday. Processing times may vary during holidays or due to stock issues.
If we cannot fully fulfill your order, we will email you about any backordered or discontinued items. For discontinued items, your credit card will be refunded, which may take 10-15 business days.
Orders under $200 in Canada will incur shipping fees based on your address, weight, and size of the order. Orders over $200 (excluding tax) in Canada qualify for free shipping.
Delivery charges will also be verified during order processing. If the correct charge is higher than what was quoted, we may reach out to confirm whether you want to proceed with the order at the correct charge.
All products are subject to stock availability, which is shown on our website. However, if we do not have enough stock to fulfill your order, we will notify you via email. Stock is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis once your order reaches our server.
Please inspect your goods upon delivery and report any shortages or damages to us within 48 hours.
We are not responsible for transport delays. Frenchie’s Hair reserves the right to cancel or delay orders due to circumstances beyond our control, such as industrial action, accidents, fires, natural disasters, or supplier issues.
Pricing Policy
Prices and offers displayed on our website are subject to change without notice and do not include tax. Some products may be mispriced. We will verify pricing before processing your order. If a product’s correct price is higher, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order. If the price is lower, we will charge you the lower amount.
Promotion & Discount Codes
Many promotions on frenchieshair.com are automatically applied in the Shopping Cart. If you receive a Promotion/Discount Code, enter it during checkout by clicking "Promotional code" in your Shopping Cart. If your order qualifies, the discount will appear in the payment summary.
Sale Exclusions
Discount codes cannot be applied to sale items. Only regular-priced items qualify for discounts. Some brands may be excluded from site-wide discounts.
Refund Policy
You may return sealed and unused items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Used or opened items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless they are deemed defective by Frenchie’s Hair. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process, and you will receive an email confirmation once completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Costs associated to shipping returned items are at the buyers expense.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@frenchieshair.com within 5 days. Include a photo of the shipping box, a description of the damaged items, and details about the damage.
In-Salon Service Policy
Cancellation Policy
We recognize that life can be unpredictable and schedules may shift. To ensure the best experience for all our clients and our styling team, we kindly request at least one business day’s notice for any cancellations.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please note that we reserve the right to charge a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s) for cancellations made on short notice or for no-shows. Thank you for your understanding.
Customer Complaints Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive for the highest standards in our professional services, and while complaints are rare, we take them seriously. To address any issues, we have a clear complaints process to ensure that we correct any problems and learn from your feedback.
Process:
If you are unhappy with the service you received, please inform us either during your visit or as soon as possible afterward. Calmly explain your concerns, and we will listen and ask any necessary questions to understand your complaint. We aim to resolve all issues within eight weeks.
If you’ve left the salon, please avoid going to another salon, as we need to assess the service or treatment you received from us. We will schedule a convenient time for you to return to discuss your complaint privately.
If your complaint is valid, we will redo part or all of the service at no extra charge. You may choose a different stylist, although this may not be possible if the stylist is self-employed or limited by availability. If we cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a partial or full refund, depending on the nature of your complaint.
Representations and Warranties; Limitation of Liability
Frenchie’s Hair is provided "AS IS." We make no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose, unless such representations and warranties cannot be legally excluded.
You agree that we will not be responsible or liable, under any circumstances, for any of the following: (a) business interruptions; (b) delays or interruptions in accessing the website; (c) issues with data delivery, misdelivery, corruption, destruction, or modification; (d) loss or damage resulting from dealings with or the presence of off-website links; (e) computer viruses, system failures, or malfunctions related to your use of the website, including when linking to or from third-party websites; or (f) events beyond our reasonable control.
Furthermore, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) related to the website, regardless of the legal theory involved—whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars.
